| As Medical Director of anatomic pathology for Parkview Hospital, he is subspecialty board certified in hematopathology and board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. He is an Associate Clinical Professor for Indiana University School of Medicine Fort Wayne, graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School and served fellowships at Ball Memorial Hospital and Barnes Hospital. |

Brando Cobanov, MD |

| In addition to being a Diplomate with the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, Dr. Cobanov is subspecialty board certified in Cytopathology. He graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in California. Dr. Cobanov completed his pathology residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, where he also served as chief resident. He was an Oncologic Surgical Pathology fellow at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. The following year Dr. Cobanov completed a Cytopathology fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. |

| A Diplomate with the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, Dr. Kim graduated from the Yonsei University College of Medicine in Seoul, Korea and served residency at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center, Columbia University, in New York, and at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, New Jersey Medical School where he also served as chief resident. He served his fellowship at University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. He is an Associate Clinical Professor at Indiana University Medical School, Fort Wayne, and director of hematology at Parkview Hospital. |

S. Sage Lee, MD, Ph.D. |

| A Diplomate with the American Board of Pathology and board certified with the American Board of Cytopathology, she subspecializes in electron microscopy and cytology and serves as Associate Clinical Professor with Indiana University Medical School at Fort Wayne. She received her MD from the National Taiwan University College of Medicine, her Ph.D. from the University of Rochester New York, and served residencies at Strong Memorial Hospital and Northwestern Memorial Hospital. She was also an NIH fellow in pathology. She is the president of the Fort Wayne Medical Society for 2001-2002. |

| The Laboratory Medical Director and Director of Flow Cytometry and Microbiology for Parkview Health Laboratories, he is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. He graduated from Indiana University Medical School in Indianapolis and completed his residency at the Orlando Regional Medical Center in Orlando, Florida. |

Dr. Wan received her MD from Beijing Medical University in China and served her residency
a the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. As the newest member of
Fort Wayne Medical Laboratory, Dr. Wan will also serve in Anatomic Pathology and as Director
of Coagulation Pathology. |

| A Diplomate with the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, Dr. Zhuang is also board certified with the American Board of Hematopathology. Dr. Zhuang graduated from Shanghai Second Medical University in Shanghai, China and completed his pathology residency training at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas. He served his hematopathology fellowship at Beaumont Hospital at Royal Oak, Michigan. |
